The agricultural activity was started in 1873, when Giovanni and Maria Pasqualetti, my great-grandparents, settled there working as laborers in various agricultural estates.
In Apparita, in the 1950s my grandparents Dino and Vania decided to convert all agricultural land to specialized viticulture and olive growing. They are the ones who start the retail sale and market the wine both in bulk and in bottles in several restaurants and shops in Tuscany and Liguria.
In Apparita the farmhouse was renovated in 1984, where my mother Elda started the agritourism activity offering hospitality in the rooms with private bathroom.
In 2003 the old barn was renovated, inside which there are today the three apartments; the following year the panoramic swimming pool was built.
My wife Mariia and I personally oversee agricultural production and agritourism hospitality.
