Discover the world of wine through an educational and experiential journey that begins in the vineyard, continues in the cellar and concludes with a guided tasting of 3 wines from our production, chosen directly by the visitor. An essential and authentic experience, designed for those who want to learn about our winery in a simple and informed way.
‘Wine is made in the vineyard’
The tour begins among the rows of vines, where we explain the winery's production philosophy and illustrate the innovative technique of branch pruning (carried out in winter) and shoot selection (in spring), practices that are essential for promoting the longevity and health of the vines.
The tour continues in the cellar, with an in-depth look at white and red wine-making techniques and the principles that guide extraction practices, from grape harvesting to wine ageing.
The experience concludes with a tasting of 3 wines from our range, accompanied by a rich gastronomic pairing:
• Platter of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses
• Tomato and basil salad and/or seasonal vegetables
• Bruschetta with our own extra virgin olive oil
• Tuscan bread
All the products used come from local farms, with which we collaborate through supply agreements, respecting seasonality and the quality of raw materials.
• Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Recommended clothing: comfortable, with shoes suitable for visiting vineyards and cellars
