The tour begins among the rows of vines, where we explain the winery’s production philosophy and demonstrate the innovative branched pruning technique, essential for promoting the longevity and health of the vine. We’ll delve into practices such as dry pruning, performed during the winter, and shoot selection, which accompanies the spring growth spurt.
